Early Riser Workout

Start with a warm up

The Workout:
Walking Lunges 20 yards with 15 lb MB
At the end of the 20 yards do MB slams, Reps=15, 12, 9, 6, 3
Do all as fast as possible with very little rest in between.

Finish with some light stretches
